Monika Navandar and Mahesh Vakare begin building NeoSeven, consulting in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and coaching and developing C-suite and senior executives across global organisations. The conviction that leadership development needed to be more rigorous, more honest, and more human begins here.
NeoSeven expands its reach internationally, establishing a strong presence in Dubai and across the Middle East. The global footprint grows, bringing the same rigour of leadership development to executives across the GCC, and laying the foundation for what would become a truly global platform. In the same year, another office was established in Delaware on the East Coast to serve North American clients, strengthening NeoSeven’s presence across the Atlantic.
